DeGiNO Coffee Bar is a local, family-owned business operated by third generation coffee plantation owners. Founder Inocente Cayetano’s grandfather and father began the family business as coffee growers in Nayarit, Mexico. “We are proud that our gourmet Arabica coffee is organically grown without chemicals or pesticides. The plantation’s shady, low-acidic terrain at high altitude creates coffee beans with full-bodied flavor,” Cayetano said. DeGiNO Coffee’s name is derived from their three children: Dexiree, Gianna, and Noah, while Inocente and his wife Tania represent the heart of it all. DeGiNO is known for their handwritten sayings on each cup. “Although you never know what someone is going through, we always have the ability to lift up and brighten someone’s day,” Cayetano added.
