Sunrise Market is a new class A lifestyle center opening the first week of December 2024, within walking distance of its sister property, the vibrant Main Street district in the heart of downtown Verrado.
Built from the ground up, HCCJ Family Partners has curated a collection of retail, food and service concepts new to Verrado, encompassing 35,000 sf of dining, shopping and entertainment. What’s more, international street artist Kelsey Montague said, “I am so incredibly excited to bring two large scale murals to the Sunrise Market in Verrado. From the beginning of my time working with HCCJ Family Partners, I have been impressed with their commitment to the arts and creating community. My first mural will feature a flock of indigenous Arizona birds while the other mural will depict my first ever cactus garden with an interactive swing. Each mural is a part of my global ‘What Lifts You’ campaign and I hope passersby feel ‘lifted’ every time they see these pieces.”
In addition to Montague’s original murals, a whimsical collection of over 20 large and small sculptures by sculptor Dale Rogers are interspersed throughout Sunrise Market, providing surprise and delight moments for guests.
